We are committed to providing products in excellent quality. All our products have warranty according to warranty terms. For any exchange or return of goods request, please refer to the following procedure:
Instructions for Exchange and Return

2. SmartLab Hub Customer Support will contact customer to verify application and assign an application ID for the request application.
3. SmartLab Hub Customer Support will update the application status and result as necessary.
4. Once approval, Customer Support will confirm the return and exchange of goods arrangement.
5. For any status update, please contact Customer Support with the application ID as reference.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) in any way and require an exchange, you have to submit a request according to return and exchange guide. Otherwise, the product(s) will be deemed free of quality and specification issues. This exchange is your sole remedy in respect of all liabilities and damages caused by any product quality or specification issues.
Any return or exchange claim not made in the manner set out above shall be deemed invalid. We reserve our right and discretion to decline any invalid exchange or refund claim. In the event of any dispute hereunder, we have rights to make final decision.
- You have to submit your exchange request within 7 days from the day the products are received.
- You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection. We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.
- The products to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
- We have the right (but not the obligation) to amend, edit, or make any changes in any other form of the Terms and Conditions and any information, at our sole discretion and without notice.
- If there is any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
Please note that customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the products to SmartLab Hub and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.
